Joseph A Pechman
Pechman was director of the Brookings Economic Studies program from 1962-83. He is a senior fellow in that program. He has served on the board of directors for such organizations as the Tax Institute of America and the Metropolitan Opera Association, and has taught tax policy at Stanford, MIT, Yale, California-Berkeley and Georgetown universities.
