Jon Wagner works for the East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District (EMSWCD) in to find and remove noxious and invasive weeds. In his spare time, Jon works as an artist and cartoonist. He was 2018 EMSWCD employee of the year and has received special recognition from the Oregon Department of Agriculture for his conservation illustration projects.
