Kershaw has been a General Motors Training Manager for training centers located in Detroit, Memphis, Washington, DC, and Philadelphia and the Curriculum Architect for the Automotive Youth Educational Systems. He also was an Instructional Designer (Senior Project Engineer) for all of General Motors' diesel engine and fuel system technical training programs, a GM Truck and Bus Technical Instructor District Service Manager for Buick Motor Division of GM Corp, Technical Instructor for FIAT LANCIA of North America, and Technical Instructor for Volkswagen. Dr. Kershaw is certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in 20 different repair areas, including Certified Master Automotive Technician, Certified Master Truck Technician, Certified Electronic Diesel Engine Specialist (L2), and Certified Automotive Advanced Engine Performance (L1). He is a member of "Who's Who Worldwide" in the "Who's Who Registry of Business Leaders" and a member of "Who's Who in American Universities." Dr. Kershaw is also a Certified Master Trainer and the author of over 15 GM technical training publications.
