John Douthwaite has a long-standing career as Professor of English Language. He was formerly Professor of English Language, Head of English Language at the Department of Foreign Languages and Head of Postgraduate Teacher Training Course in Foreign Languages, Literatures and Cultures at the University of Genoa, Italy.
