John Andrew Myers was born on May 27, 1987 in Longmont, CO, a few miles northeast of Boulder. John Andrew Myers was born on May 27, 1987 in Longmont, CO, a few miles northeast of Boulder. An ardent film fan, by age 22 he had written and produced three feature films, a dozen short films, as well as co-created and starred in the long running web-series Them Roomies. While working in the Art Department for commercials, music videos, and television shows such as Robot Chicken, Supermansion, and the 2018 film The Cloverfield Paradox, he wrote his first novel, Mere Mortals, the first in a six book Dark Fantasy series. In December 2019, after more than a decade of development, the book was released by JAM Press, LLC. In his spare time, John has been the member of many heavy rock bands, and is currently playing drums for the bay area punk band Love Equals Death. He is also an avid painter, and currently resides in Los Angeles. See less
