Johanna Knox is one of New Zealand's most knowledgeable and creative foragers. Johanna is of Ngati Tukorehe and Ngati Kahu ki Tauranga descent. She also has English, Scottish and Irish ancestry. She lives on Te Atiawa land at Te Whanganui-a-Tara where she works as a writer and editor.
