Joanna Phinney

Joanna Phinney has worked in the field of early childhood education as a teacher of three- to seven-year-old children; as a parent educator writing booklets for the FOOTSTEPS parent education television series; as a consultant to preschool classrooms; and as a writer of picture books for children. She is currently a kindergarten teacher in Washington, D.C. and co-author of A Parent's Guide to Early Childhood Education.
