Rusin has over 30 years experience in volunteer programs. Jo understands volunteering from both worker and management perspectives. She began as a Youth program Leader with the YWCA in 1965 and has since volunteered with public schools, a hospital, the American Red Cross, the YMCA, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts of America.
