He is a frequent speaker, challenging businesses, sports teams, schools, and ministries to maximize their potential and be their best. As a lifelong athlete, Jimmy still coaches, cycles, and competes in Spartan races and triathlons. Jimmy and Ivelisse are college sweethearts, residing in Maryland with their four children: Jimmy, Jacob, Johnny, and Gracie.
