Jim Marion Etter
Jim Marion Etter is a retired newspaper reporter and a longtime writer of history and folklore. He grew up in the small eastern Oklahoma town of Oktaha, and began his career with The Muskogee Daily Phoenix & Times-Democrat. He did newspaper and television work in Laredo, Texas, served as a military journalist in Latin America, and for more than 20 years wrote for The Daily Oklahoman.
