Jim Hale

Jim Hale was born and grew up in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University with degrees in journalism and political science, and went on to work as a newspaper reporter and editor, and later spent a decade running his own public relations firm. Jim Hale was born and grew up in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University with degrees in journalism and political science, and went on to work as a newspaper reporter and editor, and later spent a decade running his own public relations firm. He and his wife now live on the east coast of Florida, where they raised a son and daughter. He currently teaches journalism, creative writing, and film at a private college-preparatory school in Melbourne, Florida. He enjoys traveling; reading; watching classic, short and foreign films; and attempting to cook the regional cuisine of Europe.
