Marshall) is a leading authority on the interpretation of the Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks. She currently serves as the Administrator for Trademark Identification, Classification and Practice at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). In her current position she represents the US at meetings concerning the administration of the Nice Agreement that are held at the offices of the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland. She previously worked for WIPO as the Classification Officer in the International Trademark and Industrial Design Classification Section. See less
