Jerry Heutink

Heutink went to nautical college to obtain his ticket as a radio-officer in the Dutch Merchant Navy. He studied celestial navigation at George Brown College in Toronto, and in 1968 joined the Barrie Power & Sail Squadron becoming Commander in 1974. He is a Master Mariner, and has been teaching navigation, and seamanship for more than 10 years.
