Chief Barlow has served as Fire Chief at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing plant in Georgetown, KY; as a career Firefighter, Deputy Fire Chief and Fire Chief for the City of Bloomington, IN Fire Department; and currently serves as Fire Chief for Burlington (KY) Fire Protection District. He earned the distinction of Executive Fire Officer from the National Fire Academy in January, 2006. See less
