Jay Stevenson, Ph.D., is the author of "The Complete Idiot s Guide to Philosophy, The Complete Idiot s Guide to Eastern Philosophy," and "The Pocket Idiot s Guide to Grammar and Punctuation." He received his Ph.D. in English Literature from Rutgers University and has taught at Rutgers and Ryder University.
