Jaroslaw Martyniuk

A Ukrainian born American, Jaroslaw Martyniuk's experience in the oil sector led him to a diplomatic post with the IEA/OECD in Paris. In the mid-eighties he joined the Soviet Area Audience and Opinion Research office in Paris, part of Radio Liberty headquartered in Munich.
