Jane Lynch is a practising lawyer specialising in clinical negligence. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians Professional Record Standards Development Board (PRDSB) which leads the development of clinical record standards. Jane is also a legal trainer for the health sector and is involved in training over 250 NHS Trusts, the private health sector and the Ministry of Defence. She is a regular speaker at international conferences and also lectures at several universities on the masters' degree courses. She is the author of Medico-legal Essential Series published by Radcliffe Oxford. Her book 'Health Records in Court' won an award at the BMA book awards 2010.
