James Cracknell

James Cracknell won gold rowing medals at the Sydney 2000 Olympics and the Athens 2004 Olympics and holds three world records. He writes regularly for the Daily Telegraph . His first book, James Cracknell's No Gym Health Plan, was published in April 2006. He is co-author, with Ben Fogle, of The Crossing: Conquering the Atlantic in the World's Toughest Race (Atlantic Books 2006).
