James C. Howell is senior pastor, Myers Park United Methodist Church, Charlotte, NC. He is the author of 20 books. Howell holds a PhD and DMin from Duke Divinity School and a BA from the University of South Carolina. He enjoys reading, biking, and hiking in his spare time.
