Richard M. Blaylock is Assistant Professor of Biblical Studies at Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. He received his Ph.D. from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the author of a forthcoming, two-volume work on divine reprobating activity in the Old and New Testaments. He lives in Portland with his wife Caitlin and their two daughters, Addi and Ellie.
