Irene Hanson Frieze, Ph.D.

Dr. Frieze is a professor of Psychology and Women's Studies at the University of Pittsburgh. She began researching the experiences of battered women in the 1970s and has continued her interest in this as well as looking at dating violence and other forms of interpersonal violence.
