Dr. Hong Qu received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2006. He is currently a Professor with the Computational Intelligence Laboratory, School of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
