Hiromitsu Kumamoto

Professor Hiromitsu Kumamoto gained his B.E, M.E and Dr. of Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Kyoto University in 1969, 1971 and 1976 respectively. He has investigated reliability and safety engineering subjects for 30 years as a university scholar. Currently, he is a Professor in the Graduate School of Informatics at Kyoto University. Professor Kumamoto has co-authored four books, published by Prentice-Hall and IEEE Press.
