Hilary Totah

Hilary Totah is the principal of the British School of Shiatsu-Do in London. She began her studies in 1981 and has worked extensively with many international teachers. She was one of the first teachers at the BSS-Do when it was founded in 1983. She has also studied movement, dance and bioenergetics. Her inspiration is the wonder of the human body.
