Herbert Levy
Herbert Levy was born in Brooklyn, New York, and served in the US Navy Reserve during WWII. After the war, he obtained a law degree and worked for the Department of Housing and Urban Development for more than twenty-five years. He later worked as an administrative law judge for the State of New York, retiring in 2006.
