HENRY LOWENSTEIN, PH.D. is professor of management and law and former dean of the Wall College of Business at Coastal Carolina University. Professor Lowenstein received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has written many academic articles on law and public policy, has been a consultant to federal, state and local governments, has served in executive management and board positions in a variety of industries and has received numerous awards for public service and for academics.
