Heidi Bylsma

Heidi Bylsma has been an imperfect traveler on the Thin Within journey since 1999. She released 100 pounds between 2006 and 2007 by eating between physical hunger and satisfaction and depending on the Lord for all the other reasons she had been drawn to food. She maintained a healthy size for eight years, before the fires of extreme testing challenged her resolve and she floundered once again.
