Harold Rhode

Harold Rhode received a Ph.D. in Islamic History from Columbia University, and he remains a faithful student of Professor Bernard Lewis. He spent many years living in the Muslim World-learning their respective languages and absorbing their cultures. Rhode served for 28 years in the United States Office of the Secretary of Defense as an advisor on Islamic affairs. He is currently a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Gatestone Institute.
