Hans Eggenkamp
Hans Eggenkamp obtained his PhD from Utrecht University (The Netherlands). His research interest and scientific expertise focuses on the geochemistry of stable chlorine and bromine isotopes. He studied both isotope systems during his PhD, and during (postdoctoral) stays at the University of Reading (UK), the Instituto Superior Tcnico (Lisbon, Portugal), the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris (France) and the Eberhard-Karls Universitt in Tbingen (Germany). He applied his knowledge on stable halogen isotope geochemistry mostly on studies of groundwater and salt systems and more recently also on magmatic systems. Further, he has worked on geothermal energy solutions for industrial and agricultural heating projects as well as isotopic and chromatographic analysis solutions for the oil and gas exploration and, more recently, the food industry. At this moment he is working as Senior Stable Isotope Scientist at Isolab BV, Geffen, The Netherlands. See less
