Gerry LaFemina is the author of several collections of poetry including THE PARAKEETS OF BROOKLYN/I PARROCCHETTI DI BROOKLYN (winner of the Bordighera Prize in Poetry, bilingual edition of English and Italian), and THE WINDOW FACING WINTER (New Issues). He's also the author of two prose poetry collections, Zarathustra in Love and THE BOOK OF CLOWN BABY/FIGURES FROM THE BIG TIME CIRCUS BOOK.
