Gerardo Semprebon, architect, holds a Ph.D. from the Politecnico di Milano and a Ph.D. from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. As an Assistant Professor in Architectural and Urban Design at the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies (DAStU) of the Politecnico di Milano, he teaches at the School of Architecture Urban Planning Construction Engineering (AUIC) and the XJTU-POLIMI Joint School of Design and Innovation at the Innovation Harbour of Xi'an Jiao Tong University. His contribution to national and international research projects and joint labs focuses on architectural strategies in the context of rural revitalization processes.
