Georgina Heydon

Georgina Heydon is a Professor in Criminology and Justice Studies at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia. Her research analyses the language of police interviewing and other forms of evidential language in the justice system in Australia, Mozambique and Indonesia. She is a past President of the International Association of Forensic and Legal Linguistics and, as a forensic linguist, she provides expert evidence on authorship identification and commercial trademark cases.
