George You Zhou

Dr. George You Zhou received the BSc and MSc degrees in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1995 and 1998 respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada, in 2001. Dr. George You Zhou received the BSc and MSc degrees in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1995 and 1998 respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada, in 2001. From 2001-2013, he was a senior staff engineer with Honeywell Aerospace, Toronto, Canada, where he worked on the concept and implementation of electric, thermal, and kinetic energy control and conversion via integrated controller design cross electric power system, environmental control system and engine control system for various more electric aircrafts. He has won a technical achievement award and outstanding engineer award in Honeywell. From 2013-now, he is Principal Scientist with National Institute of Clean and Low Carbon Energy at Beijing, China. His current research interests include the development of energy storage, green hydrogen, smart energy system and industrial IoT driven AI technologies. See less
