Gayle Corbett Shirley

Gayle C. Shirley launched TwoDot's "More than Petticoats" series in 1995 with her popular book on remarkable women from Montana history. She has written several other books, including "Four-Legged Legends of Colorado," "Charlie's Trail: The Life and Art of C.M. Russell," and "More than Petticoats: Remarkable Oregon Women," She lives with her husband and two sons in Helena, Montana, where she finds it especially easy to indulge her passion for Western history.
