Galen Winter
Before he retired (he says ?reformed?), Galen Winter was a lawyer. He lived in Latin America and negotiated contracts between U.S. and Latin American companies. Later he was a corporation attorney in Chicago, and, still later, a private practitioner in northern Wisconsin. Since 1981, he's written feature articles and columns for regional and national outdoor magazines, edited a wild game cook book and published a novel and three volumes of short stories.
