Gaetano Savatteri (1964, Milan) grew up in Racalmuto, Sicily. In 1980 he co-founded the cultural journal "Malgrado Tutto" ("In Spite of Everything," https: //www.malgradotuttoweb.it/), of which he is still an editor and a contributor.
