Fredric Neuman is a psychiatrist, currently Director of the Anxiety and Phobia Center of White Plains Hospital. He has also published numerous books on psychiatry, including "Caring--Home Treatment for the Emotionally Disturbed," "Fighting Fear--an 8 Week Treatment for Phobias," and "Worried Sick?" an account of the treatment of Health Anxiety. He writes a popular blog on phobias and various other fears for Psychology Today. He is a graduate of Princeton University and New York University College of Medicine.
