Frank J. Weed is Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Weed received his Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Missouri. He has studied various organizations that constitute the victims rights movement and has published numerous articles on the subject. Widely published in major sociological journals, he is coauthor of the book, Conflict in Organizations.
