Frank Hitchens

Frank Hitchens has always had a passionate interest in the technical side of aviation. Born in England, he joined the Merchant Navy, which took him to New Zealand where he eventually settled. He took just six months to qualify as Private Pilot, and has also gained his Commercial Pilot Licence.
