Frances Lee Hall

Frances Lee Hall (1964-2016) Frances Lee Hall was born and raised in San Francisco and graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA degree in Broadcast Communication Arts. She worked as a writer and a producer for KQED, KRON, and Tech TV. She received three Emmy Awards from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
