Evan D. G. Fraser is Director of the Arrell Food Institute at the University of Guelph, co-chair on the Canadian Food Policy Advisory Council, a member of the European Commission's High-Level Expert Group on food systems science, and one of Canada's most cited social scientists working on food and sustainability.
