Erin Byron has a Master of Arts degree in Yoga Therapy for PTSD, along with a year of expressive arts therapy training at the graduate level, thirty years' experience in the field of post-traumatic stress recovery. Xe has also spent the last fifteen years training and supervising mental health providers, yoga therapists, and holistic health practitioners in clinical skills, especially fine-tuning their work with traumatised clients. Xe has taught yoga for twenty-five years, training and certifying yoga teachers, yoga therapists, and meditation instructors. Erin enjoys playing the clarinet, swimming, drawing with chalk pastels, restoring colonised landscapes, and contributing to social and ecological justice. Xe lives in Ontario, Canada, with loved ones, native plants, and animals.
