He earned a B.A. from UCLA and his law degree and M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. Seppy Basili is vice president of learning and assessment for Kaplan. Inc. He has more than 15 years of experience in the test preparation and college admissions industry. He oversees Kaplan's precollege business (SAT, ACT, and PSAT), as well as college admissions services.
