Edward Engelberg
Edward Engelberg is Professor of Comparative Literature and Chairman, Joint Program of Literary Studies, Brandeis University. He is the author of many articles and editor of The Symbolist Poem: The Development of the English Tradition (1967). In addition, he authored The Vast Design: Patterns in W. B. Yeats's Aesthetic (1988) and The Unknown Distance: From Consciousness to Conscience, Goethe to Camus (1972).
