Edward Barrett

Dr. Edward Barrett is Director of Research at the United States Naval Academy's Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership. An Air Force ROTC scholarship graduate of Notre Dame, he completed a PhD in political theory at the University of Chicago and is the author of numerous works on national security ethics.
