Edmundo Paz Soldan (Bolivia, 1967) is one of the most influential Bolivian writers of the new generation. He was a finalist for the Premio Romulo Gallegos and won the Premio de Cuento Juan Rulfo in 1997 and won the Premio Nacional de Novela in Bolivia (2003) for his latest novel El delirio de Turing.
