Richard T Wright

Richard Wright was born in 1908 near Roxie, Mississippi. He is also the author of "Native Son, the first novel by an African American to be featured as a Main Selection of the Book-of-the-Month Club; "The Outsider; "The Long Dream; and many other works. After World War II, Wright expatriated with his family to Paris, where he lived until his death in 1960.
