DR. L. DOUGLAS KNIGHT has been practicing orthodontics since 1995. After receiving his undergraduate and dental degrees from the University of Kentucky, he joined the Army Dental Corps and completed a one-year advanced education program in general dentistry. Following several military assignments over seven years of service, he then attended a two-year orthodontic residency program at New York University. Once his formal training was completed, he began a comprehensive two-year clinical continuing education program in occlusion and orthodontics at the Roth/Williams Center for Functional Occlusion in San Francisco, California. Dr. Knight practices orthodontics exclusively in his home state of Kentucky, while maintaining a busy teaching and lecturing schedule. See less
