David Tuffley

David Tuffley PhD is a lecturer in Communication at Griffith University in Australia. His Grandfather Albert Money was a rifleman in the King's Royal Rifles Corp who was wounded in action at Aubers Ridge in May 1915. David grew up on Brisbane, in the working class suburb of Cannon Hill. As a child in the 1960's, he listened to the colourful speech of the old soldiers who had returned from World War II and the older soldiers who had served in WWI, his Grandfather principle among them.
