Dr. Bruce A. McDowell was born to missionaries in Paraguay. He has traveled and ministered in 45 countries doing orphan and relief ministry, training and ordaining pastors, preaching and lecturing. He serves as Minister of Global Outreach at Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, PA, where he has been on staff since 1982. Dr. Bruce A. McDowell was born to missionaries in Paraguay. He has traveled and ministered in 45 countries doing orphan and relief ministry, training and ordaining pastors, preaching and lecturing. He serves as Minister of Global Outreach at Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, PA, where he has been on staff since 1982. Throughout his career, he has directed an international student ministry and led short-term teams to serve with Tenth's global partners. He serves as adjunct faculty at Westminster Theological Seminary and has authored several books. He holds degrees from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (MATS), Westminster Theological Seminary (DMin) and American University of Biblical Studies (PhD).
